Investment: Event experiences begin at $1,250 and are customized based on event type, guest count, duration, location, and desired experience format.
Travel: Travel fees are calculated based on event location and will be included in your customized proposal.
Session Format: Experiences are typically designed around 5–10 minutes per guest, allowing for meaningful, personalized interactions while accommodating larger groups.
Service Areas: Based in Huntington Beach, The Guided Nest regularly serves Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego, with travel available beyond Southern California by arrangement.
Insurance: The Guided Nest carries $1 million in general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.
Lead Time: 4–8 weeks recommended, with October and December typically booking first.
